During group creation, users can set the group name, description, avatar and privacy settings. Management functions include adding or removing members, setting administrator privileges, adjusting notification settings, etc. to ensure efficient group operation.

BAND provides rich real-time communication features, including text chat, voice call and video conference. Users can communicate in groups by text, supporting sending messages, images, files and emoticons. The voice call and video conferencing features, on the other hand, support one-on-one or multi-person meetings to help team members communicate face-to-face. These communication tools make remote collaboration smoother and allow team members to stay in efficient contact no matter where they are.

To help teams better organize and track work, BAND has built-in task management and scheduling features. Users can create tasks in a group, set the deadline, priority and responsible person for the task. Task progress can be tracked via task lists or Kanban views, ensuring that each member is aware of their responsibilities and progress. In addition, the calendar feature allows users to schedule and view important meetings and events, ensuring that the team is aligned on time management.

BAND supports file sharing and storage, allowing users to upload and share various types of files in groups, including documents, forms, presentations and more. Files can be organized by category and time, making them easy for team members to find and download at any time. The version control feature allows users to view the historical versions of files, avoiding troubles caused by inconsistent file versions. All shared files can be set with permissions to secure sensitive information.

To use BAND, users first need to create a group. After entering the app, select the “Create Group” option, enter the group name and description, upload a group avatar, and set the group's privacy permissions (e.g. public or private). After completing the settings, users can invite members to join the group by sending invitations via email, SMS or social media links.

Within the group, users can use the text chat feature for daily communication. Clicking on a dialog box to enter a message supports sending text, images and files. For situations that require real-time communication, users can initiate a voice call or video conference and schedule the call or conference by clicking on the appropriate feature button. All communication records are saved in the group chat for future reference.

The "Tasks" module is your go-to for managing your workload. Click "New Task," add a name, deadline, priority, assign a responsible team member, and save it. Your task will then join the list, where you can update its status, add notes, or make changes anytime.  Plus, the Calendar keeps everyone in sync, with clear scheduling and visibility of upcoming meetings and events.
